01 — Our core diagnostic
The Human-AI Effectiveness Score
An organizational diagnostic for implementing AI in the way work is actually performed. It measures the conditions AI adoption depends on and identifies where those conditions are not yet in place.
The Score evaluates each condition separately and reports the constraints affecting performance, along with the actions available to leadership — whether a deployment is being planned or already underway.
What the report covers
Where
Where an organization sits on the change curve, including unfinished work from earlier stages that creates drag on current initiatives.
What
What factors are slowing production. We analyze individual and environmental factors to identify what is affecting AI adoption in daily workflows.
Why
Why execution is stalling. The report isolates performance-limiting factors — workflow design, skill gaps, systemic friction, engagement — so leadership can direct resources accordingly.
What the Score measures
Capabilities
The skills and know-how people need to work alongside AI.
Environment
The workflows, tools, and structures that either enable or block adoption.
Motivation
The incentives and beliefs that shape whether new ways of working stick.
Kanosis Readiness Index
Illustrative exampleAt a glance: how ready an organization's people and AI really are to deliver together — and what is holding the number back.
Kanosis Readiness Index
Moderate readiness conditions
A Kanosis Readiness Index of 65.5 places this organization in the Moderate range — belief and enthusiasm are strong, but the conditions needed to execute reliably have not caught up. That gap is the whole story: motivation is running ahead of readiness. The full report pinpoints where the drag is and what to do about it.

Moderate readiness conditions. Preparation Gate: partially met.
Unfinished Commit-stage work is creating drag downstream.
No role accountable for reviewing or owning AI-assisted output.
Confidence is high — running ahead of the conditions needed to deliver.
Over-reliance and skill erosion are the leading patterns.
The Kanosis Readiness Index describes the strength of the readiness conditions measured; it does not authorize progression. Figures are illustrative examples, not client data.
