We are mid-deployment or have already deployed AI — is it too late?
No. Clients often gain substantial benefit from learning their Score during an implementation, either to inform mid-deployment course corrections or to accelerate expected post-deployment performance gains and ROI.
How long does it take?
7–10 days from kick-off to report delivery for the Human-AI Effectiveness Score. The Optimization Program is typically delivered within 3–5 business days after the final report and onboarding inputs are received.
How many people need to participate?
Four is the recommended minimum for a single team taking the standard online assessment. We recommend including leadership, management, and individual contributors from the same workflow so vertical alignment data are captured.
How is this different from an employee engagement survey?
An engagement survey provides a mood reading. The Human-AI Effectiveness Score provides a performance diagnosis. By analyzing the interaction between engagement, workflow structure, and observed results, it shows not just whether people are engaged, but whether the work is actually designed to succeed — and what to change if it isn't.
Is this the same as change management?
No. This is an organizational diagnostic that lays the structural foundation upon which any change management framework can succeed.
Is the Effectiveness Score a prerequisite for the Optimization Program?
Yes. The Human-AI Optimization Program is designed specifically to convert Effectiveness Score findings into a structured deployment program.
Does Kanosis implement the plan?
Not through the Optimization Program alone. Kanosis integrates the findings, customizes the framework, and hands off the toolkit. Ongoing leadership and execution support is available through the Fractional Human-AI Transformation Officer.
Will my organization's data be kept private?
Yes. Kanosis will never share client data with anyone.
