Information collected and its use

Consultation forms collect a name, work email, company, role, and message. Kanosis uses this information to respond to inquiries, discuss services, and manage prospective client relationships. Submitted details are delivered to hello@kanosis.com through an email delivery provider. Sensitive personal or confidential business information should not be included in an inquiry.

Cookies and Google Analytics

The website stores cookie preferences in the browser. Google Analytics loads only after analytics cookies are accepted and helps measure page visits and site usage. Google may receive device, browser, and visit information when analytics is enabled.

Google processes analytics information under its Privacy Policy. Additional information is available in Google’s explanation of how information is used from sites that use Google services.

Google Tag Manager and website tags

Kanosis uses Google Tag Manager to load and manage website measurement tags. The container loads only after both analytics and marketing cookies are accepted. Loading it connects the browser to Google’s servers, which may receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser details.

Tags configured within the container may collect visit and interaction information, including page URLs, referrers, device and browser characteristics, timestamps, and cookie identifiers. Depending on the tags configured, this information may be used for site analytics, conversion measurement, or advertising measurement. Installing Tag Manager alone does not mean that every Google advertising service is enabled.

Rejecting either analytics or marketing cookies prevents the container from loading. Withdrawing either category reloads the page to stop an already-running container. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

LinkedIn Insight Tag and lead generation

The LinkedIn Insight Tag loads only after marketing cookies are accepted. LinkedIn may collect page URLs, referrer URLs, IP addresses, device and browser characteristics, and timestamps, and may use cookies to match visits with LinkedIn member accounts. The tag supports advertising measurement, conversion reporting, audience insights, and retargeting for lead generation. Kanosis may receive aggregate reports; the tag does not provide Kanosis with individual LinkedIn member identities.

Contact-form fields are not intentionally sent to LinkedIn by the tag integration. Information submitted directly through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, if used, is also subject to the notice displayed with that form and LinkedIn’s privacy policy.

LinkedIn processes information under its Privacy Policy. Advertising preferences are available through LinkedIn advertising settings.

Cookie choices and withdrawal

Visitors can accept, reject, or customize optional cookies using the banner or the permanent Cookie settings link. Google Analytics requires analytics consent; LinkedIn Insight requires marketing consent; Google Tag Manager requires both. Withdrawing marketing consent reloads the page if LinkedIn Insight is running. Withdrawing either optional category reloads the page if Google Tag Manager is running. Withdrawal does not erase information previously received by third-party providers.

Sharing, retention, and privacy requests

Information is processed by providers that support website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and advertising, as described above. Inquiries may be retained to manage follow-up and business records; provider-held information is subject to the provider’s retention practices.

Privacy requests, including California requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or opting out of advertising-related sharing, can be sent to hello@kanosis.com or made by calling (940) 277-9256. Applicable rights depend on governing law, and identity verification may be necessary. Optional marketing tracking can also be disabled through Cookie settings.

Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
